Jet-Tech F-18DP Undercounter Dishwasher, High-Temp

The Jet-Tech F-18DP Undercounter Dishwasher with a high-temperature feature offers efficient and thorough cleaning for your dishes. With its undercounter design, it maximizes space in your kitchen while providing a hot water sanitizing option. This dishwasher is a reliable and convenient choice for any commercial kitchen.

Standard equipment includes:

  • One open combination rack
  • One peg dish rack 19.75" x 19.75" (500 mm x 500 mm)

Optional Accessories:

  • Pressure reducing valve (PRV) kit
  • Stainless steel stand (12" high)
  • Drain water tempering kit

Connecting your new F-18, F18DP

This dishwasher must be installed on a level, rigid, nonflammable surface. Ensure that the machine is level by installing the feet (shipped in the wash tank of the machine) and adjusting the leveling. Be sure to provide adequate space for water, drain and electrical connections.

Water Supply

A 3/4" NPT fitting is required with 30 psi. dynamic pressure. A water pressure regulator* may be required. The water flow pressure cannot be less than 30 psi or exceed 30 psi. If the water pressure exceeds the prescribed amount, you will get inconsistent washing temperature, premature failure and thus may void the warranty. Incoming water temperature must be 140°F (60°C). An easily accessible shut-off valve is recommended, making installation, service and maintenance easier.

A flexible drain hose is provided to make installation, servicing and maintenance easier. Make sure that the water is free from calcium and hard water deposits. For these situations, an inline water cartridge system is highly recommended. Build-up of calcium and lime deposits in the washer may occur and servicing will be required on a more frequent basis which will not be covered by the warranty.

Drain

F-18: This dishwasher has a gravity drain. Maximum height of the floor drain should not exceed 6" (15cm). A 1.5" ID flexible drain hose is supplied to facilitate maintenance and servicing of the machine.

F-18 DP: This dishwasher is equipped with an automatic drain pump that will pump the drain water to a maximum height of 36" (0.9 meter). A 1" ID flexible drain hose is supplied to facilitate maintenance and servicing of the machine. It is important not to reduce the size of this hose. A 1" check-valve* may be required on drain pump equipped models. Drain pump equipped machines have a white button on the control panel beside the green power button. Conversion from gravity to DP is not possible in the field.

Installation F-18, Electrical

A 208-240 volt, 60 Hz, Single Phase circuit is required for this unit. Check the rating plate on the front of the machine for the amp draw. In spite of the fact that the rating plate shows 220 volts, the unit is designed function properly on 208 volts to 240 volts.

The top & back panels must be removed for the electrical hook-up. The top panel is secured by two Phillips head screws. Once the screws are removed, the panel should be slid to the back and lifted. The back panel is also held by two screws. Remove them, pull the bottom away from the machine and lift the panel.

The terminal block is located inside the back cover. Pass the cable strain relief and connect the wires to the terminals L1 (brown wire), L2 (blue wire) & Ground (yellow and green wire). Replace the top & back panels being careful not to pinch or kink any wires or hoses. There should be sufficient cable length to permit the machine to be pulled out for service.

Important Notice

Reasonable access to and around the machine for service must be provided. Disconnecting of hard plumbing or removal of counter tops or cabinets, etc., for servicing is not covered by warranty.

DO NOT fill the dishwasher manually with water. The dishwasher will fill automatically when the power is turned on.

All panels must be replaced on the unit when the installation is completed.

How to change a delivery address?

Please contact our customer support team to manually update the information. Note, that once the item is shipped we will not be able to update the delivery address. 

How many days to receive an order?

We process orders in 1-2 business days, it may take 4-7 days for the package to get delivered depending on the freight company. 

Freight DamageThe consignee MUST check the cargo and if any damage is on the pallet, or packaging, refuse the cargo before signing the Bill of lading. If there are any signs of damage or issues with the shipment make sure to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD).

Freight damages must be reported to us within 48 hours from the receipt date. Make sure to provide type of damage, piece count, model number, and include some pictures when getting in contact with us to claim freight damages.

Freight delivery Incomplete or re-routingIf the carrier cannot complete the delivery for missing contact, wrong address provided, or any other reason, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and all shipping return costs (full pricing quoted by the carriers). If the customer wants to change the delivery address, all the re-routing or re-consignments, storage, and related fees will be charged to the customer. 

It is important to communicate with our support line if any shipping or delivery issue arise. 

How to return an item?

We accept the return of a product that is not used, non-customized of up to 7 days from the receipt of order. Returns after 7 days  are not accepted.  Items must be returned unused, in original packaging Custom built products such as ranges with special options or built to order products cannot be canceled or returned as these will be custom built to order specifically for you. You will be sent a Special Order disclaimer to approve if your equipment is non-returnable.   We cannot accept returns of used or damaged equipment.  

Refusal of damaged shipment is not considered a return, please refuse any shipment that arrives with unacceptable damage

Return shipping should be paid by buyer unless it is refused due to damage. If your product arrived crated, it must be returned crated in order to ensure that it arrives safely. Free shipping offers do not apply to return shipping. Performance issues must be remedied through a warranty and shall not be used as a basis for non-payment. All equipment should be inspected for damage and if the damage is found, refuse it.

Return process:

  1. You let us know that you would like to make a return.
  2. We provide you with an Return Authorization (RA) Number and the warehouse address where the item will be restocked.
  3. You ship the product back in its original packaging along with the RA number written on the shipment
  4. The item arrives in the warehouse and is inspected upon arrival
  5. You are refunded back to the original payment method used to make your purchase

You will be refunded your product purchase price minus the original shipping cost and the restocking fee which can range from 25% - 35% depending on the product purchased

Special Order and Built-to-Order Equipment

Special Order or built-to-order items that are not stocked are not returnable as these items will have been made specifically for you. We ask that any buyers be sure of their purchase before they buy, as returns or cancellations would be expensive and impractical. Please take measurements and review the specs of your item before you order.

COM (change of mind) Return Policy

The product must be unopened and in brand-new condition, with the return to be organized by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, the refund is only of the item value minus 25% - 35% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is the same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to a delivery failure caused by customer error. For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we cannot accept personal-use items returns.

When can I get my refund?

As soon as the returned item is received, a special team will evaluate the item to assess the restocking fee amount. We process refunds within 3-5 business days from the date the item is received.
