  • 15" x 15" Dual Heated Platens can press, flatten and/or par bake tortillas in seconds.
  • Top & Bottom Platens...
  • Heated Platens flatten dough faster or can be used without heat for cold pressing corn tortillas.
  • Top Platen swings away for easy loading & unloading of dough balls & pressed dough products.
  • Full range dough thickness adjustment.
  • Easy to use open and close Handle.
  • Optional non-stick Xylan coated upper & lower Platens.
  • Square Platens flatten dough unto all sizes up to 15” diameter or in quantities up to 4 at a time in 7” dia.
